Jeffrey C. Clapper is based in Naples, FL and has been involved in commercial real estate since 2005. He is a Leasing & Acquisition Manager for Courtelis Company, currently handling the leasing for six shopping centers/commercial projects on the West Coast of Florida, from Naples to Cape Coral. Prior to joining Courtelis Company, Jeff worked as an independent agent with a well respected commercial firm in Naples, FL, and has experience in leasing, sales, acquisition, marketing and property management. Jeff also possess valuable legal experience, which he gained from working for the Collier County Attorney from 2002 2005, specializing in eminent domain and civil litigation.
Jeff Clapper has been a resident of Naples, FL since 1983 and is heavily involved in the local community through Rotary, Florida Gulf Coast University and various other local organizations. In 2006, Jeff became a Paul Harris Fellow, an honor bestowed by Rotary International. The same year, he received an award for the top commercial sales agent at his firm, with sales exceeding 12 million dollars during that 12 month period. In 2007 Jeff was awarded the Hero certificate of recognition by the American Red Cross for effective delivery of Red Cross services to the community.
