Courtelis Company Welcomes New Tenants to Lakewood Shopping Center

Courtelis Company is proud to announce the addition of new tenants at its Lakewood Shopping Center, located on the northeast corner of 441 and W. Atlantic Boulevard in Margate, Broward County, Florida. The new tenants include New China Buffet (7,200 sf) and American Spirit Cleaners (1,200 sf). A 150,000 square foot WalMart Supercenter is scheduled to open this Spring at the project. Lakewood Shopping Center was re-developed in 2002. Improvements included a new façade, signage and landscaping. The overall project will be 338,000 square feet when completed.

T.J. Summers, Sales and Leasing Representative, handled both of these transactions at Lakewood.

Courtelis Company, is the developer and manager of the property. The privately held, Miami based company has been developing commercial property in Florida since 1963.
