Jim Zaydon
has over twenty years experience in commercial
real estate; property sales, retail leasing
and
restaurant development. He is currently
a Senior
Leasing Representative at the Courtelis Company.
During his seven year tenure at the Courtelis
Company he has been responsible for the leasing
of 5 new development projects and 9 existing
projects
totaling over 2.0 million square feet. He is
currently responsible for new tenant marketing
and leasing,
lease renewals and expansions, tenant representation
and brokerage services. He has negotiated
leases
with major retailers and restaurants such as
Publix, Capital Grille, Walgreen's, SteinMart,
Washington
Mutual, Auto Zone, Taco Bell, KFC, and McDonalds.
Prior to joining the Courtelis Company,
Jim Zaydon
was the Real Estate Representative for Burger
King Corporation's Eastern Region, which
included
26 states. His responsibilities included lease
negotiations, restaurant site analysis and
excess
property deposition. Jim Zaydon has also been
a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since
1985.
He has been employed at such firms as Trammell
Crow Company and The Brandon Company where
he
handled in excess of 350,000 square feet of real
estate transactions valued over $28 million.
