Granada Shoppes Welcomes New Tenants


Courtelis Company is proud to announce the addition of new tenants at Granada Shoppes, located on the southeast corner of Tamiami Trail and Immokalee Road in Naples, Collier County, Florida. The new tenants include Sprint (2,400 sf), Encore Bank (4,200 sf) and Countrywide Home Loans (4,430 sf). These shops plan to open at the shopping center this Spring. Granada Shoppes includes such anchor tenants as Home Depot Expo Design Center, Borders, Linens n’ Things, Marshalls and Haverty’s Furniture.

James Zaydon, Senior Leasing and Sales Representative, handled these transactions for Courtelis Company.

Courtelis Company, is the developer and manager of the property. The privately held, Miami based company has been developing commercial property in Florida since 1963.
