| Erin Coleman
has over twenty years experience in commercial
real estate leasing, sales, third party representation
and tenant representation. She has been with
Courtelis
Company since 2002 responsible for leasing, sales
and renewals in the Central Florida Region covering
nearly 1 million square feet of retail properties
including vacant land and expansion area. During
her career, Erin has handled over 650,000 square
feet of lease transactions valued over $50 million,
in addition, she has handled transactions including
land leases, build-to-suit, developed lot sales
and sale of a 50,000 square foot shopping center.
Erin has negotiated leases with major national
retailers
and restaurants including SteinMart, Walgreen's,
Scotty's Hardware, Party City, Dollar Tree,
Chili's,
Burger King, and Wendy's. Erin has handled Tenant
Representation assignments for tenant's including
Party City, Great Clips for Hair, EB Brown Optical
and Dry Clean USA. Prior to joining Courtelis,
Erin
Coleman was with CB Richard Ellis Retail Services
in Cleveland, Ohio for two years after relocating
there from Orlando where for over eight years
she
was a Leasing Manager with Baita Property Services
and Simon Property Group. Erin began her real
estate
career in Miami with Lennar Commercial Properties
where she was Assistant Vice President overseeing
the leasing of the South Florida shopping centers
as well as responsibility for office leasing,
industrial
leasing, commercial land sales and the planning,
marketing and sales of developed lots in a
new residential
subdivision.
