Courtelis Company Announces New Leases
at Bed Bath & Beyond Plaza

Courtelis Company is proud to announce the addition of several new tenants to the Bed Bath & Beyond Plaza, located at Northwest 107th Avenue and Northwest 19th Street in Miami, Florida.
Bo Concepts will open a 5,100 sq. ft. contemporary home furnishings store at the shopping center. This will be the first Miami store for the Danish retail furniture chain which has 135 stores in 23 countries, and features “dedicated design” as its theme. Also joining the shopping center will be Starbucks café in 1,400 sq. ft., Moe’s Southwest Grill in 2,400 sq. ft., Quizno’s Subs in 1,300 sq. ft., and A+ Nails in 1,300 sq. ft. These shops will open this spring. The shopping center totals 97,337 sq. ft. on 10 acres and is located adjacent to the Miami International Mall in the Doral area of Miami-Dade County.

The project is being developed by Courtelis Company, a privately held, Miami based real estate development and brokerage firm, which was established in 1963. The general contractor is Courtelis Construction Company and the architect is Dorsky, Hodgson & Partners.

James Zaydon, Senior Leasing and Sales Representative for Courtelis Company, handled these transactions.
