Airpark Plaza Welcomes New Tenants


Courtelis Company is pleased to announce the addition of several new tenants to the Airpark Plaza, located at Red Road and Northwest 7th Street in Miami, Florida. EB Games will lease 1,200 sq. ft., Del Toro Insurance will lease 1,066 sq. ft., The UPS Store will lease 1,214 sq. ft., Cingular Wireless will lease 1,330 sq. ft., Lupa Shoes will lease 1,392 sq. ft. and Galleria & Décor Unlimited will occupy 1,387 sq. ft.

These tenants will be joining Miami’s newest Publix Supermarket, opening this summer, as well as Home Depot’s Expo Design Center.
